In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 9n9n9 platform, clicking any registration or login button, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9n9n9 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. The Company may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To register for and use a 9n9n9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for gambling in all contexts on 9n9n9 is 21 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 9n9n9 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to using an internationally licensed offshore platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-level responsible gaming register to which 9n9n9 has access.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its game-provider partners or affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

By registering on 9n9n9, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility (including age verification documents) at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending such verification.

To access the full range of 9n9n9 Services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and control, which will be used for account communications, password recovery, and security alerts.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A username and a strong password of your own choosing.
• The name of the Indonesian bank or e-wallet you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 9n9n9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to have created duplicates and to void any winnings generated across those accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes — particularly your email address or bank account details — you must update your account profile promptly. The Company accepts no responsibility for failed communications or payment delays resulting from outdated account information.

9n9n9 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing a first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. KYC is typically completed within a few business hours during WIB business days. Deposits and gameplay may proceed before KYC is completed; withdrawals are held pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9n9n9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person or entity under any circumstances.

9n9n9 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication method. Any request purporting to come from 9n9n9 that asks for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to 9n9n9 support.

You agree to notify 9n9n9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any unauthorised transaction has been processed on your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend a 9n9n9 account temporarily upon receipt of such a report while an investigation is conducted.

The Company accepts no liability for losses suffered by a Player arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or from their own disclosure of credentials to a third party.

9n9n9 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your 9n9n9 account balance in IDR with no currency conversion or additional platform fees applied by 9n9n9.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your 9n9n9 account deposit interface.

Deposits are credited to your 9n9n9 account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by the payment system. In the event of a technical delay, contact 9n9n9 live chat support with your proof of transfer and the deposit will be manually credited after verification, typically within 30 minutes during WIB business hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in the name of the 9n9n9 account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance. This rule exists to prevent fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse.

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their 9n9n9 accounts via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

Withdrawals from your 9n9n9 account are processed to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets in IDR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within your account withdrawal interface.

To be eligible to withdraw funds from a 9n9n9 account, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9n9n9 account.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balance must be completed before that portion of the balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions above.
• The account must not be subject to any active suspension, investigation, or compliance hold.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified 9n9n9 accounts are processed within the following approximate timeframes: BCA and Mandiri — approximately 5 minutes; BRI and BNI — approximately 5–10 minutes; CIMB Niaga — approximately 10 minutes; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — real time. These timeframes apply during WIB business hours. E-wallet withdrawals are processed 24/7. The Company does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment network issues.

9n9n9 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and does not disadvantage players who use a single primary payment method.

9n9n9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day.

• All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits that are set out in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page on 9n9n9 and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be fully wagered to the specified requirement before any portion of the associated Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• 9n9n9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the applicable terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time, unless the relevant promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive personalised bonus offers. Opt-out can be managed from Account Settings.

The Company takes a strict approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using technical exploits to generate bonus credits, wagering only on low-risk or excluded bet types to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any form of collusion or coordinated play. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any withdrawn funds obtained through abuse.

All sports betting, casino gaming, slot play, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers, and sakong gameplay on 9n9n9 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting lobby. These product rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bets on sporting events are accepted on the terms displayed in the 9n9n9 sportsbook at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended except where 9n9n9 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for the relevant market. The Company reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum and maximum payout limits displayed in the sportsbook.

Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live studios are governed by the rules displayed at the respective table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the game state at the time of disconnection is recorded server-side and bets are settled according to that state. The Company is not liable for Player losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

All slot games on 9n9n9 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the relevant studio and are typically displayed in the game's information panel. Progressive jackpot payouts are governed by the rules of the individual jackpot product.

Togel draw results for Singapore, Sydney, and Hongkong markets are determined by the official draw results of the respective independent lottery organisations. 9n9n9 does not influence draw outcomes. Winnings are calculated based on the bet type, stake, and odds applicable at the time of bet placement.

In the event of any technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9n9n9 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to immediately close any account found to engage in prohibited conduct, void any associated bets and winnings, and retain account balances pending compliance review:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 9n9n9 platform, including automated bet placement, game-play acceleration, or data scraping.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in a game or the platform to generate financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are not payable and the Company will seek recovery of any such amounts withdrawn.
• Any form of collusion with other Players, whether in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player environment, to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider betting involving privileged information about the outcome of a sporting event, including in connection with BRI Liga 1 or any other league covered on the 9n9n9 sportsbook.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim a bonus more than once or to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using 9n9n9 for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing 9n9n9 using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 9n9n9 platform, its software, or its game content.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's 9n9n9 account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without the obligation to provide advance notice unless required to do so by law:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request being submitted.
• Receipt of a fraudulent or disputed deposit or chargeback request from the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Suspected or confirmed prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Account identified as belonging to an individual who is under 21 years of age.
• Account identified as belonging to a person who has previously been self-excluded or whose account has been closed for Terms violations.
• Requirements of applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order.

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance in the account will be returned to the verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to the Company (e.g., for fraudulently obtained bonuses or reversed deposits). Bonus Balance is not paid out on account closure unless the Company determines in its sole discretion that an exception is warranted.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 9n9n9 account may do so by contacting live chat support or via the Account Settings panel. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one WIB business day.

9n9n9 is committed to the provision of a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Company acknowledges that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support player welfare. The responsible gaming tools available to all 9n9n9 Players include: configurable deposit limits; session loss limits; session duration timers with automatic logout; reality-check reminders; and self-exclusion periods ranging from one week to permanent account closure. Where 9n9n9 identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour — including abnormal bet patterns, requests for multiple limit increases in a short period, or distressed communications — the Company may apply protective limits or contact the Player, at its sole discretion, as a welfare measure. Such interventions are not punitive and are not a breach of the Player's account rights.

All intellectual property rights in the 9n9n9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, text, graphics, and database structure — are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to these materials beyond the limited right to use the 9n9n9 platform for personal entertainment as a registered Player.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, scrape, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the 9n9n9 platform or its content without the prior written consent of the Company. Automated access to the platform for data collection, research, or competitive intelligence purposes is specifically prohibited.

The names, logos, and branding of third-party game studios featured on 9n9n9 — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Habanero, PGSoft, and Spribe — are the property of their respective owners and are used on 9n9n9 under licence. Reference to these names does not imply any endorsement of 9n9n9 by those studios beyond the terms of the applicable licensing arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the 9n9n9 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that Player to their 9n9n9 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not at the time the relevant event occurred:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the 9n9n9 platform.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or device failures on the Player's side.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature whatsoever.
• Any loss arising from interruption of service for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

The 9n9n9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or that any particular game or product will remain available indefinitely. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time without liability to Players, subject to settling all outstanding bets at the time of discontinuation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and game-provider partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the 9n9n9 platform.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any false or misleading information provided by you during registration or KYC verification.
• Any fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10 carried out by you or with your knowledge via your 9n9n9 account.

This indemnification obligation survives the closure of your 9n9n9 account and the termination of your relationship with the Company for any reason.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms is always available at https://9n9n9.app/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date the currently published version took effect.

Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to deposit or withdrawal conditions, a change to wagering requirements applicable to existing active bonuses, or a change to the dispute resolution process — the Company will provide Players with reasonable notice via an account notification or email to the registered address. For non-material updates such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting changes, the amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication without individual notification.

Your continued use of the 9n9n9 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before the amendment takes effect, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 7.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through the following process:

All disputes must first be submitted to the 9n9n9 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) WIB business days and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) WIB business days. Please include your 9n9n9 username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation with your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the Company's compliance team by requesting an escalation reference number from support. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and provide a final written decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of escalation.

If the matter remains unresolved after the internal escalation process has been completed, either party may pursue resolution through arbitration or another dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Company's licence conditions. The language of proceedings shall be English.

Players accessing 9n9n9 from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operated by offshore platforms exists in a legal grey area under Indonesian national law, and that by using 9n9n9 they accept sole responsibility for their compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation by the Company regarding the legality of a specific Player's use of the platform in their jurisdiction.
